These terms govern your use of the website at page-acaciapath.click and your enrolment in training sessions provided by Page Acacia Path Trading Education Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or registering for a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide in-person and video-based educational training on technical chart analysis, specifically MACD signal review and crossover context. Our sessions are educational only. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade execution, or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Registration and payment
Session places are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as stated on our rates page. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to decline registrations at our discretion.
3. Intellectual property
Workbooks, handouts, and website content are owned by Page Acacia Path Trading Education Co., Ltd.. You may use printed materials for personal study. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
4. Conduct during sessions
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the session, without refund if the removal is due to the participant's conduct.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from attendance at our sessions or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
6. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information through our contact form. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
