Page Acacia Path Trading Education Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through page-acaciapath.click and our training registration process.
1. Data we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number when you provide them
- Registration details: preferred session, dates, chart submissions for clinics
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (if analytics cookies are accepted)
- Correspondence: messages you send via our contact form or email
2. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and confirm session bookings
- To prepare clinic materials based on charts you submit
- To send session reminders and follow-up notes
- To improve our website when analytics cookies are accepted
- To comply with legal obligations in Thailand
3. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (contact form, cookies), contractual necessity (session registration), and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, maintaining records).
4. Retention
Registration records are kept for five years after your last session. Contact form messages are retained for two years. Analytics data is retained for 14 months when collected.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with payment processors, email service providers, and analytics providers bound by confidentiality obligations. Chart images submitted for clinics are reviewed only by assigned instructors and deleted within 90 days of the session.
6. International transfers
Our primary systems are located in Thailand. If data is transferred outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
7. Your rights

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.
