Refund policy

This policy applies to all training sessions offered by Page Acacia Path Trading Education Co., Ltd.: MACD Crossover Context Workshops, Signal Review Clinics, and Private Chart Reviews.
1. Cancellation by participant
Workshops (full-day)
- More than 14 days before session: full refund of deposit and any balance paid
- 7–14 days before: deposit transferable to a future date; balance refunded if paid
- Less than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable; balance refunded if paid
Clinics and private reviews
- More than 48 hours before: full refund
- Less than 48 hours before: 50% refund
- No-show: no refund
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if we receive notice at least 7 days before a workshop or 48 hours before a clinic or private session. A second reschedule incurs a THB 300 administrative fee.
3. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available date at your choice.
4. Non-refundable items
- Printed workbooks already dispatched for clinic chart preparation
- Administrative fees for repeated rescheduling
- Deposits forfeited under the late-cancellation windows above
5. Partial attendance
Workshop fees are not prorated for partial attendance. If you leave mid-session for personal reasons, no partial refund applies.
6. Refund process
Email hello@page-acaciapath.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer). Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer only.
7. Group and corporate bookings
Group contracts may specify different terms in writing. Where no written agreement exists, these standard terms apply.
